eyemajic instant eyeshadow review

I won this product at Kandee Johnson's Glaminar. I had seen little blurbs about instant eyeshadow's in magazines before. To be honest, I doubt that I would have ever purchased press on eyeshadow. It just seemed like a silly fad and a little bid odd to me. I was also not to enthusiastic about the color combination untilil I got bored one day and tried it. I have to say, I am pretty impressed! The colors, a dark grey on the lid, redish orange on the crease and shimmery white for the highlight seemed rather unflattering in the box. Pretty much a color combination that I most likely would not have chosen on my own.

The application process was simple. You press it on your lid in the correct place and sweep it off. It looked scary but I followed the directions and blended it. Then I added eyeliner and mascara.  This is truly a very quick and simple way to add eyeshadow. I have not seen this product in stores but I would like to try out some other colors just for fun. The box came with 2 sets. I am saving the second one for a possible YouTube tutorial. Below are some pics of the process and the end results. Take a look and let me know what you think!

Kandee Johnson's Seattle Glaminar!

I was recently blessed with an amazing opportunity to attend Kandee Johnson's Glaminar. Kandee is a celebrity makeup artist and YouTube makeup Guru. Kandee's videos are fun to watch and she is a very positive and inspiring person. I learned some great tips at her Glaminar. I also had the chance to let her know how inspirational she is to me!
So many people throughout my life have told me that my ideas, dreams and goals are unatainable, or that I "can't" do something. Kandee was so encouraging. She opened her heart to all of us and shared her story. Kandee was also told throughout her life that her dreams were unatainable, that she would never be able to accomplish the things she wanted to but she never gave up on her dreams! The best revenge is going out there, making it happen and proving everyone wrong! Kandee told all of us at her Glaminar to follow our dreams and to never give up! Don't let people get you down when they say you can't accomplish something. Never accept no for an answer. Follow your passion and live your dream! If something has been put in your heart pursue it!
